Tatianna Frausto Mendoza joined Murrieta Mesa Athletics as the Head Athletic Trainer in November of 2021. She is an alumni of Murrieta Mesa High School and received her B.S. in Athletic Training from San Diego State University in 2019. Since graduation, Tatianna has worked in a wide range of settings including the performing arts, the industrial setting, secondary schools and youth sports. As the Head Athletic Trainer for Murrieta Mesa, Tatianna works with athletes to prevent and manage injuries, develop training programs, and facilitate rehabilitation. In addition, she supports the sports medicine courses offered at Murrieta Mesa by mentoring sports medicine student aides and providing them with hands-on learning experiences. She is a CPR instructor through the American Red Cross and helps in certifying our coaches and staff to make sure they are prepared for emergencies. In her free time, Tatianna loves to travel with her husband and spend time with her 3 cats.
