Records Held: At the time Chase Chambers left Murrieta Mesa, he was 2nd all-time in Riverside County history with the most career pass attempts (958) and 2nd all-time in Riverside County history with the most passing completions (567).
Mesa’s first “star” athlete, a multi-sport athlete, Chase Chambers put the Mesa’s athletics’ program on the map. Chase was a member of the first 4-year class at Mesa (2013). Chase thew 67 career touchdown passes with 6,490 career passing yards, all while only playing in the first 7 games of his senior season, and never playing in a post-season contest, at a time when Mesa Football competed in the CIF Division I bracket, the highest division in the land. (only the 1st place and 2nd place teams in the SWL qualified for the playoffs, as we were all in the same division)
