Welcome to the Murrieta Mesa Athletics Hall of Fame!

We are proud to celebrate 16 years of Mesa Athletics with the launch of our inaugural Hall of Fame Ceremony and Inductions, taking place in the fall of 2025. This page is dedicated to honoring the outstanding coaches, players, and contributors who have left a lasting legacy on our athletic programs.

Eligibility Requirements: 

In order to maintain the integrity of the Hall of Fame, nominees must exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and moral character.

All candidates will be judged on their significant and/or long-term contributions to athletics. In addition, leadership in their chosen field and/or community, state, or national presence will be considered.

Athletes, Coaches, Contributors, and Teams

• Must be at least five (5) years removed from participation at Mesa.

• Coaches must have a minimum of ten (10) years of active service or be five (5) years removed from coaching at Mesa.

• All  athlete nominees are expected to be Murrieta Mesa graduates. However, the Selection Committee may consider special circumstances.

• Self-nominations are not permitted.

Contributor Eligibility

A Contributor is an individual who is not an athlete or coach but played a significant and lasting role in enhancing the Mesa Athletics program.
This may include (but is not limited to):

• Athletic personnel (e.g., staff, trainers, announcers, team managers, administration)

• Media personnel

• Dedicated volunteers

• Community members whose consistent support positively impacted the athletic experience at Murrieta Mesa.

Candidate Notification

• Selected inductees will be notified by June 6th, 2025 to allow time for ceremony preparations.

Who Can Submit Nominations?

• Current or former Mesa employees

• Former Mesa students

• Community members (may petition the Executive Committee to submit a nomination on their behalf, pending approval)
